The UBC Alpine team is always looking for experienced competitors who would like to continue their racing career in a team environment. There are also opportunities for those interested in simply training for skiing and for assisting the head coach. WA - At the first conference race of the season, the UBC Thunderbirds raced to first place finishes in both men's and women's categories. On the weekend of January 23-24, the team competed in two slalom races at Mt. Spokane, WA.
